Looking after your teeth requires the following five basic rules and less than five minutes of your time a day! 1- Brush your teeth twice a day for at least two minutes. Remember to clean all the surfaces of your teeth and clean your gums and tongue. 2- Use a fluoride toothpaste. 3- Floss your teeth, or use inter-dental brushes every day. 4- Eat a wide variety of food and avoid sugary food and drinks in between meals 5- Visit your dentist regularly. Prevention is the key to healthy teeth.
